Our instructive environment offers new real estate investors a more intimate and educational approach to understanding and achieving success with limited liability.

Moreover, we value your networks and areas of expertise to benefit the group. As co-investors, we achieve profitability and create joyful experiences together.

After his parents and relatives emigrated from India, he watched them work diligently and collectively to establish themselves as successful hoteliers. As a second-generation hotelier, Hiten prides himself on his keen ability to preserve his family’s legacy assets through the financial crises of the tech bubble of 2001, the Great Recession of 2008, and now through the Covid pandemic of 2020.
