Our strategy is co-investing alongside well-established and experienced Real Estate groups, where we are able to mitigate risk through our collective experience and resources. We make our investment decisions based on firm Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Equity Multiple performance where each of our investors can build long term wealth. 

Buy Well

Transacting more than $100M in commercial real estate, we understand how to maximize potential and limit the risk. We identify underperforming or below replacement cost assets which allow us and our co-investing partners to add value and increase overall investment performance. Our vigorous financial underwriting process coupled with our extensive renovation experience allow us to uncover areas of opportunity which others may not be able to see. 

Build Well

Ground up development projects can create immediate equity upon completion, when completed in the right markets, at the right time, and at the right cost. Developments require fine detail to planning, design, and of course, overall budget. With our development experience we are able to stay within budgets without sacrificing quality or design, through value engineering. Having relationships with our construction partners for over 30+ years, gives us an edge over the competition to get projects done efficiently and on time, every time.

Live Well

Whether we build or buy, we maximize every benefit for our investors throughout the real estate asset life cycle. In addition to building and buying well, adding value, and exiting at the right price, we create strong cash flows which are distributed each quarter. This cash flow will be delivered by utilizing Commercial Real Estate Depreciation, which will decrease the overall taxable income for our investments.
